FAQ

What markets do you scan?

We scan Polymarket and Kalshi for equivalent markets and detect cross-venue pricing discrepancies using live CLOB orderbook data. More venues planned.

How fast are signals delivered?

The cross-venue scanner runs continuously. New arbs that pass the confidence gate are pushed to your Telegram on the next delivery cycle. Each arb alerts once. The same opportunity will not ping you again — no repeats, no reminders.

What is confidence scoring?

Each signal scores 0-100 based on orderbook depth (liquidity), quote freshness, and bid-ask width. Only signals passing the publishable gate reach your feed. No phantom signals from illiquid books.

Do you execute trades?

No. Converge detects and delivers opportunities. You make all trading decisions. We give you the edge, you decide when to use it.

How is this different from HFT / arbitrage bots?

Speed bots chase micro-arbs on the same venue, tiny edges that close in milliseconds, requiring colocated servers and custom infrastructure. Converge finds cross-venue structural mispricings where the same market is priced differently on Polymarket vs Kalshi. These edges are real and structural — driven by different user bases rather than latency — so unlike millisecond micro-arbs they persist for hours or longer, giving you time to place both legs. They're typically modest, which is why we surface only the ones that clear fees with real depth. You're not racing bots, you're seeing what most traders miss.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel through Stripe at any time. No contracts, no commitments, no questions.
