Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-10

Service: converge.markets, a websystems.co product

Contact: [email protected]

This explains what Converge stores, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

You give us:

  • Email address — to create your account, sign you in by magic link, and

send alerts and billing notices.

  • Telegram chat ID — only if you link Telegram, so alerts can reach you.
  • Venue API credentials — only if you choose to connect Kalshi or

Polymarket to sync your balances.

  • Your stated bankroll — if you type balances into the sizer.

We record as you use it:

  • IP address and timestamps for sign-ins and sensitive account actions, to

catch abuse and rate-limit sign-ups.

  • Which signals you logged as taken, so your trade history and P&L work.
  • Basic product analytics — pages viewed, plan chosen — to see what people

actually use.

We never collect your venue password, your wallet's private keys (beyond a

credential you explicitly connect), or your payment card. Card details go

straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.

2. Why we're allowed to hold it

To provide the service you asked for, to bill you, to keep the service secure,

and to meet our own legal and accounting obligations.

3. Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run Converge:

  • Stripe — payments and subscription state.
  • Resend — sending email.
  • Telegram — delivering alerts, if you link it.
  • Railway — hosting and the database.
  • Sentry / BetterStack — error and uptime monitoring.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Venue credentials

If you connect a venue account, the credentials are encrypted at rest with a

key held outside the database, and are readable only by your own account.

Disconnecting deletes them. Converge does not place trades with them; they are

used to read your balances for sizing.

5. How long we keep it

  • Account data — while your account exists.
  • Quotes and market observations — about 14 days, then purged automatically.
  • Trade history you logged — while your account exists, so your P&L stays

intact.

  • Sign-in and audit records — a rolling window for security purposes.

6. Your choices

  • See it or take it with you — email us and we'll send what we hold.
  • Correct it — change your email from the account page.
  • Delete it — email [email protected] and we will delete your account

and its data. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account, so ask

if that's what you want.

  • Stop alerts — unlink Telegram or disable your alert rules at any time.

7. Cookies

Converge sets a session cookie to keep you signed in. That's it — no

advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics is first-party and

limited to what §1 describes.

8. Children

Converge is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Security

Credentials are encrypted at rest, traffic is served over HTTPS, API keys are

stored hashed, and access to production is limited to the operator. No service

is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you.

10. Changes

We post any change to this policy on this page and update the effective date

above. If a change is material we also email the address on your account.
