Terms of Service

By subscribing to or using Converge you agree to these terms.

1. What Converge is

Converge is a data and analytics service. It watches prediction-market

order books on more than one venue, reports where the same contract is priced

differently, and gives you tools to size and track those opportunities.

2. What Converge is not

  • Not a broker or an exchange. We never hold your money and we do not place

trades for you. Every trade you make is placed by you, on the venue, in your

own account.

  • Not investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
  • Not a guarantee. A reported price difference is an observation of order

books at a moment in time. Liquidity, latency, fees and venue rules decide

what you can actually fill.

3. Risk

Converge provides market data and analytics for informational purposes only.

This is not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to trade.

All trading decisions are solely your responsibility. Signals reflect detected

order-book discrepancies at time of detection; market conditions, liquidity and

execution latency may affect actual outcomes. Past signal performance does not

guarantee future results. **Prediction market trading involves risk of loss,

including the loss of everything you put in.**

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18. You are responsible for following the laws where you

live and the terms of each venue you trade on.

Venue access is not the same everywhere: Polymarket International blocks US

persons, Polymarket US is for US persons, and Kalshi serves both. When a price

difference sits between two venues one person cannot legally hold together, the

product labels it and does not recommend it.

5. Accounts

  • Sign-up is email-verify-first; an account is not usable until the address is

confirmed.

  • API keys are credentials. Keep them secret. Revoking a key disables that

credential and leaves your account and access intact.

  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.

6. Venue credentials

If you connect a venue account, those credentials are encrypted at rest and are

readable only by your own account. You can disconnect at any time. You stay

bound by that venue's own terms.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Billing runs through Stripe. Converge is sold annually: Starter at $99/year

and Pro at $249/year. There is no monthly plan and no free trial.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each year until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from the billing portal on your account page.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; **your access continues to the end of the

period you already paid for**.

  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries on its normal schedule. A subscription that

ends up unpaid loses access and returns to the free tier.

Refunds: if you are unhappy, email [email protected] within 14 days

of a charge and we will refund it in full. After 14 days a paid year is

non-refundable, but you keep access for the rest of it.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • resell, redistribute or republish the signal feed, in whole or in substantial

part, without written permission;

  • scrape or automate access outside the documented API and your plan's limits;
  • use Converge to break a venue's terms or any applicable law;
  • try to reach another user's data, or interfere with the service.

9. Availability

Converge is provided on a best-efforts basis. Market data depends on

third-party venue APIs that can be slow, wrong, or unavailable, and the product

deliberately withholds a signal rather than publish a stale one. **We do not

offer an uptime guarantee.**

10. Liability

Converge is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the

law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is

limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are

not liable for trading losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be

limited by law.

11. Ending the service

You can cancel at any time (see §7). We may suspend or close an account that

breaks §8, or that we are required to close by law or by a payment provider. If

we close your account for something other than a breach, we refund the unused

part of your paid period.

12. Changes

We post any change to these terms on this page and update the effective date

above. If a change is material we also email the address on your account.

Continuing to use Converge after that is acceptance.
